Experience in level access showers/wet rooms essential, duties to include plumbing/bathroom fit-out, carpentry, tiling, plastering and general building.
Ability to do Vinyl Cap & Cove Flooring an advantage.
Must work to a high standard and be able to follow instructions.

General Builder / Wet Trades

We are looking for full-time or self employed skilled general builders with a good knowledge of most aspects of the building trade including brickwork & plastering.
Predominantly working on private, domestic contracts within the clients homes.
Must work to a high standard and be able to follow instructions, working alongside other trade’s as well as working on your own initiative.
The majority of contracts are in Kent and the surrounding areas.

BMS / HVAC Control Panel Design Engineer

Within the business unit we produce designs from consultancy concept through to fully engineered BMS solutions including onsite build, involving new and novel solutions to today’s engineering problems.

You will be working as part of an existing team of engineers based at our office in upper Halling, Kent.
You will be expected to design and complete the production of project drawings using AutoCAD within time scales and to budget. The drawings will include Schematic diagrams, Block cable diagrams, Panel designs, Motor control centre designs, Parts lists, Load/Equipment/Instrument Schedules etc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and have worked within the controls industry and will need to demonstrate a good level of experience in designing HVAC control systems and BMS (Trend) systems.

The role is a multi-disciplined position which covers various aspects including some estimating, design and CAD and you will be undertaking the following duties:

Clarify and agree project requirements.
Work closely with the project team to achieve agreed milestones.
Act as Electrical Designer and work with Senior Staff to provide optimal design solutions to the project with costs and design in mind.
Produce detailed designs from customer requirements and initial concepts.
Produce project schematics, diagrams and drawings in accordance with project requirements, current best practice and to the relevant standards and procedures in readiness for our in house workshop to build the panel.
Adhere to all company and statutory H&S policies, rules, regulations and laws.
Adhere to company QA procedures.
Ensure assigned work is delivered to agreed time scales, target costs and to the required quality.
Successful candidates must have the following skills and experience:

Proficient with AutoCAD 2011/2012.
Experience with Building BMS Solutions of all aspects.
Experience in the design of electrical control panels and associated field cabling and power distribution systems.
Proficient with instrument hook up diagrams.
Appreciation of mechanical systems.
Able to carry out commissioning works as and when required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Have knowledge of Trend.

BMS / HVAC Control Panel Wireman

We are looking for experienced BMS Control Panel Wiremen to join our existing highly motivated team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in being able to read and interpret the drawings as well as experience in wiring Trend, Siemens and Honey BMS Sytems.
They must be able to follow instructions carefully and, although part of a team, be able to work on their own initiative.
Must be able to work to a high standard and build a panel to drawings provided from an empty enclosure to finished tested product.
